What is this?
Each session is unique and adaptable to what feels most relevant in that moment. We will touch on different themes. This includes topics such as limiting beliefs, your stories, language, presence, mindfulness, meditation, routines etc. Through this journey we will expand your toolkit for life’s challenges. You have everything within you that you need, and we are working together to help reveal this within you. You are only able to help others and the environment if you take care of yourself first.
